STD. IX :
Parents of IX Standard students are hereby informed that the Promotion Examination commences on 13^th February 2009 and ends on 23^rd February 2009 .  Parents can take their wards home at 2.00 p.m. on 23^rd February 2009 .  Their results will be announced on 28^th February 2009 . The new batch of X Standard students will report back by 4.00 p.m. on 1^st March 2009 .  Regular classes will commence for them on 2^nd March 2009 and continue till 31^st  March 2009 .  You can take your wards home on 1^st April 2009 after 9.00 a.m.    You are requested to confirm admission of your wards inStd. X by paying the first installment of Annual Fee on or before 10^th March 2009 .

STD. X :
ICSE Board Examination will commence on 2nd March 2009 and end on 30th March 2009. You can take your wards home at 2.00 p.m. on the same day. 

I-PUC :
I-PUC Board Examination begins on 24th February 2009 and ends on 6th March 2009. Commerce students who have Kannada as their Second Language will go home at 2.00 p.m. on the last day of their examination – that is, on 3rd March 2009. Science students will go home at 2.00 p.m. on 5th March, 2009. The remaining students will go home on 6th March 2009. All the students should return to school on Sunday, the 15th of March 2009 before 4.00 p.m. to attend the Bridge Course. Their results will be announced on 10th April, 2009. Those who are not promoted to II-PUC will discontinue the Bridge Course. Parents can make arrangements to pick them up on the same day. All those promoted to II-PUC will continue their Bridge Course till 18th April 2009. You can take your wards home at 2.00 p.m. on the same day. You are expected to confirm the admission of your wards into II PUC by paying the First Installment of Fee on or before 16th March 2009 without fail

II-PUC :
II-PUC Board Examination commences on 13th March 2009 and continues till 26th March 2009. Commerce students who have Kannada as their Second Language will go home after 2.00 p.m. on the last day of their examination – that is, 25th March, 2008. Students who have opted for Biology and Kannada as second language will go home after 2.00 p.m. on 23rd March, 2009. The remaining students can go home on 26th at 2.00 p. m. However, Science students should report back on 1st April 2009 before 4.00 p.m. for CET Coaching. Classes for CET will be held between 1st April and 25th April 2009. CET Examinations are scheduled to be held on 29th and 30th of April 2009. Parents can collect their wards on 30th April 2009 after 6.00 p.m.

Entrance Examination:
For new admission for the academic year 2009-2010 for classes I to IX, the entrance examination will be held on the dates mentioned below:

for Boarders   (V to IX)       -         5^th April, 2009
