Parents/local guardians may visit the school only on the dates specified in the school calendar. Parents or local guardian must personally collect the student from the school and leave him/her back. If the parents can’t come to school to collect their wards, they are advised to send a letter ofauthority through a representative. Parents are advised not to send any of their relatives and friends on any pretext to meet their wards at the school. In case of emergency or extraordinary circumstances, parents can seek special permission of the Principal either to meet or to take the child out of the school campus. Children are not permitted to go home for marriages, festivals and other ceremonies.

     Parents are allowed to go to their wards’ room only on the reopening day of the school every year. During subsequent visits, students need to manage on their own or take the help of parent teachers. Parents should meet their wards only in parents’ lounge.
