9.FOR THE INORMATION OF PARENTS OF BOARDERS:
We wish to inform you that we have a lot of unclaimed clothes lying in the laundry. This includes colour dress, school uniform, night garments and so on and they are not numbered. The children were advised on several occasions to identify and claim them. But to our extreme disappointment, so far they continue to remain unclaimed. We find it difficult to keep them for indefinitely long time and therefore, if they are not claimed soon, we will be donating them to some Orphanage. It is our experience that usually children carry a different story home – that the clothes are stolen or that they are missing or damaged. The truth is different and we wish parents know this. Advice your children to number all clothes and keep an account of all their belongings. We don’t expect them to be reckless in their attitude

Yours faithfully
