It is a vital beam of the school. The student council consists of an active team of responsible and committed student leaders called prefects.

The enthusiasm and unstinting efforts of the Head Boy, Head Girl, House captains and the prefects to maintain smartness, discipline and punctuality have added strength to the COPS culture. Prefects are committed in their work and develop leadership qualities, administrative skills to shoulder any future responsibilities. Prefects also encourage the students to get acquainted with the culture & assist the administration to organise various programmes and help to make COPS “a home away from home”.
