A team
of visionaries, who are noted for their dynamism,
farsightedness and sincere commitment, looks after the
needs, upgrading the infrastructure and facilities, year
after year. A constant desire to turn Coorg Public
School into one of the schools in the country make them,
lead from the front, without really interfering in the
day to day administration of the school. The management
is a closely-knit, like-minded team of educated,
well-informed personalities. This team consists of five

OUR MISSION - BACKGROUND
"A good school master is worth a thousand priests". Said Robert G. Ingursoll and a school that houses good teachers is holier than a place of worship. Responsible parents are always on the look out for good schools for their children though they don't mind spending any amount and sending them anywhere.
If Coorg Public School attracts students from all over the country and abroad today, the above facts stand vindicated both in letter and spirit. In the nineties of the last century, a good school was long felt need in
Coorg. When everyone was still feeling this need, live visionaries of Coorg embarked on a mission of establishing a school of par excellence.
Thus was born, the Kodagu Academy for Education and Culture, which has sponsored Coorg Public School (COPS). Today this brainchild of these visionaries has grown leaps and bounds, beyond imagination.
